Menyaaoyama

I visited by chance near the accommodation area, but it was so popular that I could go straight after opening. I ordered katsudon noodles, and I was convinced that I could line up immediately after the store opened. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

This Tonkotsu-Gyokai Ramen has always been the best for me, even I visited dozens of different ramen shops in Tokyo, Yokohama, Saitama and Chiba in my 34 years life. There are some different soups but chose Tonkotsu-Gyokai (豚骨魚介). Waiter would ask you about amount of oil and hardness for noodle but just say “normal”. The soup is thick and dense. It’s a mix of fish and pork. After few weeks you’ll miss the ramen. You’ll be addicted.

There is doubt about the quantity and quality of noodles offered relative to the price after the price increase. There is an expensive image as an impression after eating. Especially char siu noodles ...
